RESOLVED: We are experiencing issues with our Customer Support Call Center. Chats are currently closed and longer wait times are expected.

Incident Report for Wix

Reports of issues with calls connecting to our Call Center respresentatives started at roughly 12PM US Central time.

Around the same time, issues starting affecting Chats as well.

Our team pushed out a full fix at 2PM US Central time and our Customer Support Call Center resumed full operations.
