We're aware of an issue with accessing Wix sites for some visitors from Brazil.
We have done an extensive investigation and found the issue to be caused by the routing path between a client's ISP (Internet service provider) and Wix before it reaches Wix's infrastructure. As such, it is not possible for us to resolve it on our end.
In case you encounter this issue, please contact your ISP directly as their customer in order for them to address and resolve the issue
As a possible workaround, please attempt to access the site by typing www. or the full domain with https://
Please keep in mind that the workaround does not work for everyone.
